You can ask a user to retake a course that they have already completed.
Resetting online courses can be useful if you want someone to refresh their knowledge or if a course has been updated with new material. This can be actioned on the Manage Training screen.
Resetting a course will use a training credit. The user will need to complete the entire course again, including the final assessment.
- On the Manage Training page, in the table of listed users, select the user for whom you want to reset the course by ticking the relevant checkbox in the first column (before First Name).
- From the More Actions drop-down box, select Reset the course for the selected users so they can retake it (User Actions).
- Click the Go button.
- You can inform the user that they need to retake the course or you can use the Email Users button on the Manage Training page to send the new login and course details.
