Dashboard Overview (Admin Users)

As an administrator of your organisation's online training, once you have purchased your online training and logged into your account, the first screen you will see is the training home screen/dashboard. This screen is the primary navigation screen where you can access your online course and account preferences as well as manage your organisation’s training requirements, administration and billing details.  

On the dashboard, you will find several tabs:


 
1. Courses
  1.  Access your personal online training courses here.  Click on Start or Resume to begin or continue a course.

2. Manage organisation
  1. Use this screen to add single users or a bulk number of users, remove users, update login credentials such as usernames, email addresses and passwords and send login details. You can also add more admins to your account, allowing them to view the Manage organisation and Manage training tabs. You can also check if and when users have logged in.

3. Manage training
  1. On this screen, you can set up and send course invites and reminders, view and send learners' certificates after course completion and check the status of a user's training, such as whether they have started or completed the training. You can also monitor remaining course credits, purchase additional credits and transfer credits between courses. In addition, you can create onscreen user training status reports and send them to your email inbox. On this page the Allow Anyone to Use Credits setting controls who can access specific courses. You can also make bulk changes to passwords, delete users and reset courses for users to retake.

4. Billing 
  1. View billing information, such as copy invoices and the payment status for each transaction. You can also review a summary of purchased training courses.

5. Certificates

  1. View and print your certificates for courses you have completed. A certificate will also be emailed to you upon successful completion of the course. 

6. Email prefs
  1. On this tab, you can choose whether to receive emails, such as reminder emails. Although if you are an admin, we do recommend you keep reminders enabled, so you as the administrator receive training renewal reminders for your staff when their certificates expire. Individual users on the system in your organisation will not receive marketing emails from us.
7. Account
  1. Access and update your personal details, such as organisation’s address, email, password and username. You can also amend some of these details on the Manage Organisation page.
